I’m Austin Espinosa, the solo developer behind Foxglow Games, currently studying in Tokyo. With a passion for immersive storytelling and relaxing gameplay experiences, I’m dedicated to crafting peaceful worlds that players can lose themselves in. While exploring new game mechanics, participating in game jams, and studying Japanese, I’m continuously inspired by the blend of culture and creativity around me.

Aoi, our beloved blue fox, proudly leads the way at Foxglow Games. With her playful, creative nature and unwavering sense of curiosity, Aoi embodies the heart and soul of our studio. But don’t let her cuteness fool you—she’s a proud fox who takes her role seriously, guiding us through every adventure we create. Whether exploring fantastical realms or inspiring new stories, Aoi reminds us to embrace both excitement and relaxation in everything we do. With a confident wag of her tail, she encourages us to push boundaries and craft worlds full of wonder and calm.
Our Goals
We’re new, and pretty inexperienced, we get that. But we’re also optimistic, and have plenty of time to learn, hone our craft, and invite new friends into the mix! So for now, we’ll start small, with two main goals.
First, we’re planning on participating in some game jams! Honestly, the idea is a little daunting, but with your support, we’re sure we can create fun games and learn while doing it. We’re scouting for local, Tokyo-based game jams, as well as global ones online! We’ll keep you updated on our blog page, so please check in to follow our journey!
Our next goal is for the long term, creating our first full game. Sure, we have loads of prototypes and proof of concept stuff, but nothing really polished yet, and that’s not something we’re going to let continue. So join us on our journey, watch our progress, as we go from nothing, to having great games under our belt!

We make games in different genres, but usually prefer making relaxed games with deep stories.

Our games are not currently available, but as we get closer to completion, we’ll definitely keep you updated!
